A small town near Paris is in the news. People from Seine-Port decided to stop using smartphones. People can use them at home or work. But they can't use smartphones in public places - parks, in cafes or outside schools. It's a problem if a person gets lost. They have to ask someone for help!
The new rule's for everyone in Seine-Port. It might help people to talk to each other.

But for younger people, it'll be hard.
