Sportspeople are strong in their body. But they have to be well in the mind too. Mental health is important.
At the Olympics 2020, everyone knows Simone Biles. She won four Olympic golds in the sport of gymnastics at Rio in 2016. She started the team competition in Tokyo. But then she stopped. She wanted to take care of her mental health. Her sport is very dangerous. It's important to be 100 percent well.
Other sportspeople can understand this. American swimmer Michael Phelps won 23 gold medals. He had mental health problems too.
In Tokyo, mental health was important. Sportspeople stayed in the Olympic village. There were doctors there to help.
