Some millionaires want governments to take money from them. They want taxes to go up for very rich people. Prices are going up for normal people. This money can help them.
Phil White's one of these millionaires. He's part of a group of millionaires, social workers, charities and politicians. They want taxes to be fair.
They have a message for the World Economic Forum. This is a meeting of politicians and millionaires. It happens every year in Davos, Switzerland. They talk about the world's problems.
Mr White was part of a small group at the conference. They went onto the streets in Davos. And they sent a letter from millionaires in different countries. They say the tax system doesn't work. They want to pay more tax.
Oxfam sends a report to Davos every year. It says someone becomes a billionaire every 30 hours. But every 33 hours, a million people become very poor.
