Jerry Huang makes interesting objects in Taichung, Taiwan.
He's an inventor.
This is a moving fish tank to transport fish around.
Huang had seen dog, cat and other animal owners walk their pets.
He wanted to let fish explore other places as well.
It took Huang weeks to study about fish and plan possible options.
Then the idea of a fish walker came to him.
He designed and built it from unwanted objects which he found.
Huang picked goldfish, in particular, because they're a strong type of fish.
Then he began to create the tank, which cost between $300 and $400 to build.
It's got a large plastic holder full of water, which the fish look out from.
The oxygen and cleaning equipment's underneath.
To Huang's surprise, his tank's received a lot of attention.
The fish seem happy.
And both children and adults enjoy seeing the strange tank as it's pushed carefully around the city.
From their unusual tank, this small group of fish has a completely different view of the world!
