Spain and Gibraltar have new rules. They'll help both places.

Gibraltar is British. It's next to Spain. They had a border. It had passport checks.

Gibraltar is small. 40,000 people live there.

Half its workers live in Spain. 15,000 workers used the border.

It had big queues. Workers were late every day.

Now, the border is open. There are no checks. This helps workers.

Workers have new rules too. They are the same for everyone.
