This is Guy's Hospital in London. People are getting the coronavirus vaccine. The vaccine stops people getting coronavirus. The UK is the first country to use the vaccine.
Prime Minister Boris Johnson came to watch. He said it's important that people get the vaccine.
Johnson: "One in three people is passing it on without even having any symptoms at all yourself. Do you see what I mean? So you can be a secret spreader of the disease, and I don't think people have grasped that. And it's very, very important in the weeks ahead that everybody understands that."
Doctors give people the vaccine in 2 stages. The UK has enough vaccines for 20 million people.
Margaret Keenan is a grandmother. She is 90 years old. She is the first person to get the vaccine.
Keenan: "At the moment I don't know how I feel. It's just so, just so strange and so wonderful really. Yes. Anyway, this is for a good cause so I'm so pleased I had it done."
Very old people will get the vaccine first. Hospital workers will get it too.
The Queen is very old. She is 94. Probably, she will get the vaccine early too.
