Cairo has a new museum - the National Museum of Egyptian Civilisation.
To celebrate, there was a beautiful parade.
Pharaohs from ancient Egypt were driven across the capital.
The parade included the mummies of pharaohs from ancient Egypt.
Each pharaoh was transported to the new museum in a separate car.
Their name was written on the side.
The cars were specially made to protect the mummies.
They were driven very carefully.
The kings and queens have now arrived at their destination.
Experts will examine them for the next two weeks.
After that, they will place the pharaohs in glass cases which are kept at the perfect temperature for the protection of the mummies.
Soon, they will go on display.
Visitors have already started coming to the museum.
Asmaa Said is one of the experts at the museum.
