In Tokyo the Fanzone has 3 levels. Fanzones have some rules. They help people enjoy the games.
There are signs outside where people wait to enter. And lots of signs inside. You can't smoke. On the first floor, you can drink alcohol. You can't drink alcohol on the second floor. This helps families and children enjoy the games.
