This special kind of art is 'graffiti spaghetti'. Sam Cox is the artist. His art uses doodles. The doodles tell a story. The story is about Mr Doodle in Doodleland. Mr Doodle visited a Hong Kong metro station.
Cox likes to be Mr Doodle.
Sam Cox: "And it's just very fun and surreal and kind of eccentric. And that's really the inspiration behind kind of becoming like Mr Doodle, and wearing the Doodle outfit and trying to embody the character as much as possible, really."
Cox loves making art in public places. He likes drawing with other people. At the station, 10 children drew with him.
They all drew on a spaceship. They're sending Mr Doodle on a space adventure. Some children used his graffiti spaghetti style. Other children had their own style.
People watched them draw. Cox loves sharing this experience with people.
Sam Cox: "I really, I really enjoyed doing the live performances in front of people because I love to be able to give people an insight into the process of how it is to create one of my pieces. And I love sharing that with people."
Cox's art is famous. It's expensive too. People of all ages love his art. Pearl Lam sells Mr Doodle's art. She says it makes people happy.
Pearl Lam: "I think in this very modern commercial world, you need some relaxation, you need some joy and, joy and happiness. And that's what Mr Doodle give and also is engaging younger generation. So, his work speaks to all different nationalities. And it gives them such joy and some happiness."
Mr Doodle had a fun adventure in the station. And he's now ready to go home to Doodleland.
Sam Cox: "And then eventually, they reach back to Doodleland and have this kind of battle. So, it's really the journey through space is, is what the exhibition is all about."
