There is a big problem in Afghanistan. The Taliban entered the capital city, Kabul. The Afghan government didn't stop them. The Taliban moved very fast into the city. And everyone is shocked.
The Afghan government wanted to talk with the Taliban. They don't want any fighting. But the Taliban moved too fast. And the Afghan president left the country. Now, there is no leader.
The Taliban were the leaders of Afghanistan for five years. They made very strict laws for women. And they had strict punishments, like death.
People in Afghanistan remember this. They don't want the Taliban's strict laws and punishment. They are afraid. And many people are at airports. They are leaving the country.
American and British soldiers are at the airport. They are helping foreigners to leave. But the Taliban is moving very fast. And it is almost too late for some foreigners.
All the embassies are closed. Foreign governments took their people from Afghanistan.
